VIP Packaging – Laverton North After successfully tendering for the right to develop the project, Citius completed this 22,000m2 manufacturing facility for Visy. Visy entered into a 15 year lease to occupy the completed building. The project required adherence to a very limited programme and also required ongoing design development of key site and building infrastructure during the construction of the facility. Significant project savings were achieved in the final design of Electrical, Reticulated Chilled Water, Mechanical Ventilation, Reticulated Gas Supply and Fire Safety Engineering for the facility. The new facility manufactures a wide range of steel industrial packaging products for Visy's many and varied clients. The project was delivered on budget, ahead of time and met all profit targets.
