New Chum, Ipswich, Queensland Citius is currently undertaking a detailed investigation into a 22ha site within the City of Ipswich, to determine the future development potential for the site's re-development. The site is in a former coal mining area and consequently has numerous geotechnical issues which may impact on the ultimate development. Citius has determined a strategic investigation which includes geotechnical, civil and planning reviews of the site on behalf of the site's owners. Extensive testing and site assessment is ongoing.
