The 94.45 ha site is being developed by two large private investment groups, with Citius acting as Development and Project Manager.

Laverton North is Australia's premier industrial precinct and the most sought after industrial location in the country.

Citius' role has been to be responsible for the rezoning of the site to 'Industrial' (now complete) and to advance the design and planning approvals for the development of the site. Planning permits for the development have now also been approved by the Ctiy of Wyndham.

Marketing of the first stages of the Drystone Estate has now commenced, and Citius will be responsible for the completion of all Civil works undertaken for the project.
