DEXUS Industrial Estate – Laverton North, Victoria Having independently secured the 92ha site, Citius invited DEXUS to enter into a Development Agreement with Citius to develop the site into one of Australia's best Industrial Business Parks. Over the next two and half years, Citius was responsible for the submission and completion of the rezoning of the property from Rural to Industrial 2. The rezoning significantly increased the value of the land. The rezoning process required Citius to resolve issues associated with Native Flora and Fauna and Aboriginal Archaeology, all of which were completed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Citius oversaw the completion of all civil designs and the completion of construction works including the latest advanced water-sensitive road and drainage designs. Citius also negotiated and secured pre-committed industrial building development of over $200 million in value, in that time.
