Coles – Laverton North, Victoria Following an extensive tendering process the development of Coles' new Chilled Distribution Centre was won by DEXUS and Citius The $120 million Distribution Centre accommodates 5 separate temperature controlled chambers from which all chilled and frozen goods for Coles Victorian supermarkets are distributed. The built area is approximately 44,000m2 and is set over a total site of approximately 25 hectares. The delivery of the facility occurred over approximately 18 months and the building won the Master Builders Association Excellence in Construction Award for Industrial Buildings over $5m. DEXUS has acknowledged the very significant role played by Citius, in both the winning and the delivery of the new facility.
